How do I update the password on my Planta account?

If you are currently logged in to your Planta account and you would like to change your password, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to the "My Plants" tab
  2. Tap Settings (gear at the top right corner) 
  3. Tap "Account"
  4. Tap "Password"
  5. Verify your account by email and your old password
  6. Type in your new password - this must be at least 8 characters. 
  7. Tap "Save"

Don't remember your current password? Log out of your Planta account and follow the steps in the article for being locked out of your account.
