Can I share my account and plants with someone else, like a family member or friend?Sometimes you want to share your account's plants and care schedule with someone else. For example a family member or a friend that will help out with watering while you are on vacation. At the moment there is no way to share plants among different Planta accounts, but you can use the same account on two different devices so you can keep track of the same plants. Just log in with the same email and password connected to your account on both devices.

How can I remove or cancel my account?You can fully delete your account and remove all data by doing the following: First, note that by doing this all your plants and other data will be deleted and there is no way to reverse this Open Planta Go into My Plants tab Tap Settings (gear at the top right corner) Go into Account settings At the bottom you'll see an option to delete the account and all data Follow the flow Remember that there is no way to undo this once you choose to delete all your data, including all your plants When a Planta account is deleted, the data associated with the account are anonymized and all personal details are removed from Planta.

I have a new device, how do I access my Planta account?First of all check this: When you open the Planta app for the first time on your new device, it is easy to make the mistake of creating a new second account by following the steps in the sign up instead of using the smaller button to sign in. As you now have created a second account all your plants and your premium status will not show up on your new device.

I just downloaded this app. Am I going to be charged?The Planta app is free to download and use, and you will not incur any charges from simply downloading it or creating a Planta account. I'm not getting notifications / task remindersPlanta will send a push notification / reminder to your device(s) (maximum one alert per day) when there is one or several tasks to complete in the app. If you are not receiving notifications / reminders, check the following in your iPhone settings: iOS: Go to iPhone Settings > Notifications, select Planta, and make sure that Allow Notifications is on If you have notifications turned on for Planta but you're not receiving alerts, you might not have Banners selected.
