I have a subscription but everything is locked and I can't access it!
The first thing to do is make sure you are signed in to your Planta account and that your Planta app is updated to the latest version. If you are already logged in, log out and hard-quit the app, then re-open it and log back in.
If you purchased your subscription via iTunes in the app:
- Log into your Planta account
- Tap the Settings button (gear at the top right corner)
- Tap "Account"
- Tap "Restore Purchases" to sync your iTunes receipt with your Planta account
If this doesn't help try to force close the Planta app:
- On an iPhone X or later, from the Home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle of the screen. On an iPhone 8 or earlier, double-click the Home button to show your most recently used apps
- Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.
- Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.
