Does Planta Offer Refunds?Apple / iOS Apple handles all billing for in-app purchases made on iOS devices. Customers who subscribed to Planta through iTunes will need to reach out to Apple directly with any refund requests. They are typically able to honor all refund requests within 30 days of the purchase date (but it's at their discretion). Do Planta offer a free trial of premium?We offer limited access to the app for free so you can get good idea of what Planta is like without becoming a subscriber. However, you have to be a paid subscriber to use popular features such as Plant Identification, Care schedules - other than watering, Dr. Planta,Ā the Light meter and Plant recommendations. At the moment we don't offer a free trial of the premium subscription but you can reach out to our support team and they might be able to help you.

How are subscriptions billed?Subscriptions are billed to the payment method provided when the subscription is activated and are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing period, either monthly, every three months or annually. The total sum for the total subscription period will be charged in advance, and you will then get access to the premium features for the chosen time period. The monthly cost is displayed for you to be able to compare the different plans and also to see the total price before your purchase.
